Please turn off and unplug the appliance before any cleaning and maintenance.
Put the air purifier upside down. Follow the arrow on the bottom cover and rotate it counterclockwise to unlock.
Take the cover off, remove the old filter, then clean the inside with a dust vacuum.
Peel off the pre-filter in the direction indicated by the arrow, then clean the outer pre-filter with a soft, dry brush.
Caution: Keep the filter dry during cleaning, as moisture will allow mold to grow.
Remove the plastic packaging of the new pre-filter and replace the old pre-filter. Then put the filter back in place.
Put the cover back and rotate the bottom cover clockwise until you hear a "click" to lock in place.
Return it to upright position. Wipe clean the exterior with a dry, soft, non-abrasive cloth. Then clean the top grid with vacuum.
